Thunder Innovation Technology Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Thunder Innovation), is a partnership company. Initialized in August 2016, and registered in April 2017 in the Republic of China. It was organized by several close partners of engineers, product managers, and sales persons who have had more than ten years of good experience in the industries of chemical materials, optoelectronic materials and semiconductor equipment. They are very familiar with the panel industry, anti-static market demand, conductive polymer material applications, and domestic and foreign market development and operation, etc. With insight into the soaring demand growth of conductive polymers and anti-static ink in the optoelectronic industry and semiconductor market, they have decided to take the first step in business after a detailed plan.
The next three years will get hold of a good opportunity to secure market leadership in anti-static ink and conductive polymers upon intelligent membrane applications, and actively deploy in-cell touch panel applications with high-level anti-static ink. In addition, we also anticipate Thunder Innovation becoming the leader in new material industries with its own RD and customization capability within three years. Thunder Innovation is committed to developing in line with market demand for transparent conductive ink, and in response to the international trend of green industry based on the main conductive materials of conductive polymer PEDOT: PSS poly (3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene) - polystyrene sulfonic acid (Poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) /poly(styrenesulfonate) ). The conductive ink developed by Thunder Innovation is a water-soluble ink with extremely low levels of odor, toxicity and volatility that it may well protect human health and environmental safety. This product has features of a high degree of transparency, high conductivity, high stability and easy processing, etc. Regarding process applications, it can be coated on a transparent PET film substrate with its advantage of low temperature wide-area coating manufacturing process (roll to roll) that it has provided downstream products manufacturers with transparent electrode materials of high conductivity, high transparency, resistance to bending, resistance to impacts, environmental protection, energy saving, and price competitiveness requirements.
Transparent conductive polymer materials have been applied to resistive/capacitive touch panels in succession, and have been developed to meet the LCD IPS-type electromagnetic shielding (10 1 - 10 4 ohm/sq) and LCD in-cell touch surface static dissipation(10 6 - 10 12 ohm/sq) of high hardness conductive/antistatic ink. As the upstream materials have dominant positions, if the companies in this business have complied with the government’s R&D direction of high-value key materials, and to develop this kind of green materials, that will help to integrate the upper, middle and down stream industries, speed up the development of high value-added industries and emerging markets, achieve product innovation and competitiveness, and result in a win-win situation.
